Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how EVANIA AI LLC (“Evania AI,” “we,” “us”), an Alabama limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit evania.ai or use the features on it. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is governed by our agreements with them.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send a message through our contact form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, and message.

Bookings. Consultations are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any answers you provide, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly's handling of that information is described in its own privacy policy.

Technical information. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies.

Browser storage. We don't use advertising cookies. The site may store small settings in your own browser, such as which version of a page you saw during a test. Calendly and Cloudflare may set cookies that their services need to work.

The interactive voice demo

The “Experience Evania AI” demo lets you talk with an AI receptionist in your browser. It only starts when you press Start Voice Demo, and your browser asks for microphone permission at that point.

During a live demo call, your voice is streamed to our voice AI provider, Vapi, and the speech, language, and voice services it uses, so the assistant can understand you and reply in real time. We configure our demo assistants with call recording and call logging turned off. The transcript and the CRM preview you see are displayed only in your browser. Evania AI does not store them, and they disappear when you leave the page.

To prevent abuse and control costs, we keep a count of demo sessions tied to a one-way hashed version of your IP address. We cannot read your IP address from this value, and the counts delete themselves automatically within about 25 hours.

Please use made-up details during the demo, and do not share sensitive information such as payment, health, or government ID information.

The guided simulation uses fictional names and details and does not use your microphone.

How we use information

• To reply to your messages and hold consultations you book
• To run the voice demo you start
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as Cloudflare (hosting and security), Calendly (scheduling), Vapi and its AI providers (the voice demo), and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to respond to you, work with you, and keep normal business records. Demo session counts expire automatically within about 25 hours. We do not keep demo conversations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the contact form on our website. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's law, and we will honor requests as required. You can also decline the voice demo and use the guided simulation instead.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, short-lived access tokens for the voice demo, and limited access to the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
